Important Message – Please do not ignore Police are currently investigating two farm burglaries where high end agricultural computer software has been stolen. The burglaries were reported this morning and are believed to have occurred over the weekend. Officers are currently allocated to these burglaries and en route to the scene. The first burglary occurred in the Forcett area where a satellite and receiver were stolen from a tractor. This has been valued at £15000. The second burglary occurred in the Hartforth area where computer software from two sprayers has been stolen. This is valued at £20000. There have been a number of these types of thefts reported force wide in recent weeks. Please ensure you keep all property locked and secured where possible and report any suspicious incidents to us immediately.
